Jake's blog

Online diary - started in February 2007 - but I've gone back (with the aid of photos) to pre-children days in 2002, so that we have a complete record of their lives online. This should mean that we can't forget both the best and worst bits of parenting. Hopefully, in the years to come this should resolve any disputes about who said or did what in a family argument. One day they may even thank me for this record of 1st steps, words, tantrums and heaven forbid boyfriends/girlfriends.

wet & wild

The end of our holiday. It rained every mile of the 320 miles back home - and we missed a crash on the M6 which would have caused serious delay by a matter of seconds. 6 hrs in the car with 3 small children surprisingly went much better than you'd think.

It's good to be home - I no longer need to duck every time I go through a door.....
