Day off from kids today. Fantastic! Both Joseph and Grace were in nursery - it's a bank holiday but they remain open - praise the Lord. This meant that I was able to get a round of golf. Happy to shoot a 79 in windy conditions - especially when I haven't played for a few weeks.Catrin & I popped into town with Poppy who has been a complete star. Tried to open a bank account - but realised our stupidity when thinking about what bank holiday actually means.....let's hope Poppy hasn't inherited our brains.
